In this phase, we conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s maturity level in IAM and cybersecurity. This enables us to precisely determine where the organization stands and what steps are needed for a successful implementation.
Based on the insights from the CHECK phase, we determine the optimal route together with the client. We take into account risks, budget, and the urgency to create business value.
